Etto Pasta Factory Tours
Get an inside look at how America’s Finest Craft Pasta is made here on the Central Coast. The Etto Pasta Factory Tours take you behind the scenes of our artisan pasta-making process—from sourcing flour to the traditional methods that bring each shape to life. You’ll learn what makes Etto so special and unique.
Whether you’re a longtime Etto fan or new to our table, the tours are a fun and flavorful experience for all ages.
Tour Options:
FACTORY TOUR
A 60 minute guided tour of our pasta factory and a complimentary box of Etto Pasta.
- Adults = $20
- Ages 7-12 = $10
- Ages 6 & under= Free
PREMIO TOUR
A guided pasta factory tour, a complimentary box of Etto Pasta, and a $25 gift card to use at the Etto Pasta Market or the Etto Pasta Bar. Enjoy a pasta lunch, shop for rare Italian finds, or gift the card to a fellow pasta lover.
- Adults = $40
- Ages 7-12 = $30
PASTA E VINO TOUR
Our most immersive experience! Enjoy everything from the Premio Tour, plus a wine tasting at our winery, Giornata, located just steps away. Giornata wines are made in Paso Robles, CA, featuring Italian grape varieties crafted using minimal intervention. The wines are pure, balanced, and complex and a wonderful compliment to Etto pasta.
- Adults (21 & Over) = $50
Tour Details:
- Tours run daily Monday through Friday 11AM (check in starts at 10:45am)
- Tours last 45-60 minutes
- Tours are limited to 12 people
- We can, on occasion accommodate a larger group. This is done on a case by case basis.
- There is some walking involved between locations. About 7 mins on flat ground. It is possible to drive between locations if needed.
