Super easy, one-pot soup serves 2-3.  Fresh vegetables are freeze dried at the peak of ripeness to maintain their taste and nutrition.  By itself it is delicious, or you can add additional items like protein or more veggies.

Ingredients:  Vegetables (onion, tomato, leek, bell pepper, celery, beans), spelt, pasta, herbs, salt.
